Imoen getting extra spells in SoA

    I only wanted to publish one cool bug:
    I was playing with Imoen, and on three level-ups she got two new spell slots instead of one. Spell levels 6,7,8.
    Quite good.

    Don't mages get more spells per level if they have high intelligence? I'm not sure about it though, since I usually don't use mages much.

    Mages don't get more spells, even if they have high intelligence. INT just helps them to learn spells from scrolls.

    It's the Clerics and Druids that get bonus spells with high Wisdom.

    [​IMG] If Imoen was a specialist mage she'd get one extra spell per spell level.
    Is Imoen a specialist by any chance? If so, she would start with two spells at spell levels 6, 7 and 8.

    I don't believe she is unless the person used Shadow Keeper to make her one. I'm not far enough in my game to have gotten her back yet, but from what I remember she is a pure Mage.

    IIRC, Imoen is a dual-class NPC. She was a thief and dualed to a mage, therefore, she cannot be a specialist.

    That's it. Imoen was PURE dualed mage. Maybe as a bhaalspawn she is scripted to gain the extra slots.

    No - IIRC, Nalia has extra spell slots as well. They should come because of the Dual-class aspect.
