I recently downloaded the Imoens Romance-mod, and when I started the game, an ugly bug showed it's face (I belive it's a bug). as soon as I tried to modify Imoens armor, even just clicking at the empty slot, it closed down BG2 and returned to windows. No error message or anything. This didn't happened with a new game. I also have Virtue, Quest Pack, Ascension, One Pixel Production and Redemption installed

    Stupid and simple questions

    - Do you have ToB?
    - Did you patch all the officials one before installing ANY mods
    - Did you get the latest Imoen's Romance mod?

If no to one of the above I suggest a re-installation, and if yes to all, then re-installation wouldn't hurt either... I think. Are these mods compatible anyway? If one of those tries to modify Imoen and it might come in trouble with Imoen's romance, as it obviously change Imoen. Just a though though.

I've successfully used the Imoen Romance with all of those mods except One Pixel Productions. The only bug I ever saw with Imoen's Romance was when you had shorter cutscenes from EoU installed: Imoen wouldn't come and unlock your cage after Irenicus talked. I think I remember having the same symptoms you're having (game crashing with no message) but it was random and it hasn't happened in a long time. I know it's not much help, but I'm just saying it might not be Imoen that's the problem. If you want to check compatibility, uninstall One Pixel Productions. If it still crashes, you know it's not a compatibility problem.

The best bet for a reliable answer might be asking at the mod's site rather than here. http://www.imoen.org

I've not played the mod and from the error alone I'm afraid I am not sure what the problem could be. One way of narrowing it down could be to see whether it is only Imoen that this happens with, or all party NPCs' armour.
