I may be both dumb and blind...

first the blind part ... I can not find anything about any "fan" IRC channels for this game.. are there any where you can get fast help and talk to other players more realtime

And for the Dumb part... how do i get a char unparalyzed... i thought they where only paralyzed for that combat round but i have Spugnoir encumbered 0/2 min/max :/ and -- in all stats ... manual say something can only regain by magical bla bla... so as i said i may be dumb but i dont know what to do...

yes yes this is my first real RPG (playing some DAoC online but thats harldy anything like this, tho also played some diablo 1/2/LOD) so forgive my stupidness here

A Character who has any stat (except Constitution) at or below 0 is paralyzed. A Character with a Constitution at or below 0 is dead.

Mostly this happens by poison effects.

You can tell which Ability Score it is by the tiny indicators below Spugnoirs Portrait. One should tell you he is paralyzed, the other which stat he has decreased. You can also click on those indicators.

In order to have the character return to his normal state, you have to raise the Ability score above normal.

You can do that by casting a lesser or full restoration spell on the character. If you don't have one, you can try it at the cgurch with Terjon for exampla, although I am not sure if I tried that and he didn't offer it. Just try it yourself.

Most Poisons also run out with time, and you get your ability score back. If you want to try that, rest a few times, and see if he is at some point normal again.
