    [​IMG] The last time I finished the Baldur's Gate series was over a year ago, and now I have just picked it up again...But this time I have run into some problems I hope maybe you guys can help me out with...

    1. Does the Jaheira romance continue in ToB? I checked, and I only progressed to "step 56" and right now I'm well into chapter 7...

    2. Searching the sorceres.net I have found a lot of mods, and I'm especially confused about the big ones (Shadows Over Soubar & The Darkest Day). Are these stand-alone games or add-ins to BGII? And do I have to start all over with SoA to play these or can I play them from chapter 8 (ToB)?

    Hope you can help an old newbie ;)

    If you completed any romance in SoA, they will continue in ToB. If you somehow killed the romance, they remain dead (short of cheating to restart them).

    Can't help you with the mods.

    The Darkest Day is an add-in but you have to start a new game to play with the TDD areas/items. Not worth it if you ask me. More bugs than a man should be forced to deal with.

    I haven´t tried Shadows over Soubar so I cant help you with that.

    I just tried Shadows over Soubar. IMO it is better than TDD which, besides the bugs, rewards insane amounts of xp disrupting the balance of the game (plus, you will find little else than extra combat).
    Nothing to di(v)e for, and a couple of quests are really annoying, but why not give it a try ?

    For me, Tortured Souls has been the best megamod this far, but the last time I checked the mod was being rebuild and the old version discontinued.
