IWD1 bard in BG1 and BG2 -- is there a mod?

    My favorite class in IWD1, as well as tabletop D&D is Bard. But I think they get shortchanged in the Baldur's Gate series.

    Is there a way to get the additional songs into any of the Baldur's Gate games for a Bard?

    Not unless you're ready to do some severe modding. And even if you are, I'm not sure how much of the bard song system is "moddable" and how much is hard-coded. If any part of it is coded directly in the game executable, it will make things impossible unless you're a programmer.

    You could make it happen using the special abilities tab to alter the specific affect of bard song.
