    2) The wererat in Chapter 1 in Shaengarne Pass is the lycanthrope that talks. His name is Gaernat Sharptooth. And Beodaewn DOES talk to you while in his werewolf form. The last thing he says is while in the werewolf form.

    The other two have been answered already.
