Darn.. I kicked Jaheira out of the party pretty early in the game. Then I just decided to get her back so I walked up to the harper base and asked her to join. Well.. I told Yoshimo to wait there for a sec and I looked at Jaheira's stats. Then her harper friend(?) came and said that she must go with her.. I was like ah crap. So.. I took Yoshimo and continued my travels.

Later I was fooling around drunk (my paladin has his problems) in the docks and went in that bar pretty much middle of the map. (I actually managed to kill that freakin lich in the backroom ). Then Jaheira came back.. said I must get back to harper base asap - I was like.. "huh.. you haven't seen me since we left the damn dungeon and you are now telling me what to do?" I kept that inside and agreed. "Yoshimo sit".

Then the bartender noticed Jaheira and ah crap.. here we go again. He threw a spell on her as revenge. My paladin was just too kind to leave Jaheira there so I started to track down the bad guy. I found it after some wandering around and removed the curse over Jaheira. Now it was time to actually go to harper base and see what is so special there.. (have you played this part?) Well anyway.. the harpers had decided to put me down because of my father. Jaheira stood on my side.. fighting against her own people. We won.. after we went out Yoshimo came from the bar and started asking where to go next. Yoshimo had been my trusty companion since the start and because I had dueled (me slaps myself) him to fighter/thief he was not able to use thiefing skills yet I had to keep Nalia as the only thief in my party along. So damnit.. I came up with a great solution.. Jaheira: stay here until Yoshimo gets next level and his thiefing skills back. But guess what.. Jaheira said she can't come back after something like this.. she had given away everything for me (during those.. 2 hours? ) and I did not want her. So she left.

Anyway to get her back? I saved over it.

 

well you havnt played very far yet i can tell, so have fun with yoshimo. The plot gets... for lack fo a better word, insane.
Jahiera if shes not in the harper hold, shes gone for good.

 

If it was just one time after u fought with Harpers and let Jaheira go she is likely to be found outside the Harper Base, standing there cold, alone, miserable and somewhat angry with u. Make sure u want her when u talk to her, or she'll leave u for good.


Btw where does Minsc go if u let him go?

Standing next to Anomen's bloody body. Anomen made the mistake of calling Minsc a treehugging hamster lover. Korgan by the way is having his way with Nalia, as payment for helping her family out.
