Leaving Spellhold with ship (bug?)

    [​IMG] I've just made it through Spellhold, and was getting the horn to Saemon Havarian in order to get away from the island. Though when I give him the horn, and it looks like if we are supposed to get summoned somewhere. But then the pirate lord (don't remember his name just now) shows up and sais that Saemon has gone too far this time etc. and then nothing happens and Saemon just stands still - "Saemon Havarian, has nothing to say to you" ... I've done this many times, though never encountered this. Any suggestions? I've tried to save and load and restart game. :( Guess that I could take the portal, tho I don't wanna miss the Underwater City. :sosad:

    Have you installed the patch for the bugs maybe this will help. Go here for starters and navigate yourself from there, you might find some interesting thingies. Hoped i have helped :cool:

    Hi,

    Thats definately a bug mate! I experienced it and its very annoying!

    Luckily the latest patch sorted it out for me, so I reccommend downloading and installing that patch (it's on the second link which Mithrantir kindly gave you :) )

    Thanks alot, both of you! Unfortunatly, the patch didn't help, nor any other fix. Same bug still there :( .. I got ToB installed too, so I can't use the SP fix. Guess I'll reinstall and see how it goes.

    Yeah, if the patch etc dont fix it, your left with only the option to re-install. Make a copy of your savedgames folder for back up purposes later on. It should only take 5 minutes.

    Guess I'll just take that portal then, unless there's another way of leaving with a ship?

    Try attacking and killing the pirate lord, and then see if Saemon starts his dialogue.
