level up results in only 1 hp increase

    [​IMG] Can someone please tell me if this is a bug? When I level up w/ Jahera or Yoshimo I only get 1 hp and 2 hp for each. Jahera has a constitution of 17 so wouldn't that automatically be 2 hp? Please help!

    Well it may not be as you think (then again.. it may be!), you may wish to quickly check what her current level is and the level that she is 'leveling up' to.

    If she is at level 9 or above (and this 'level up' is for her Druid class) then she may only get 1 hp. Because of being 'Multi Classed' there are some restrictions on how hit points per level are dealt with for here Fighter levels as well as here Druid levels.

    If She is at a lower level, check the charts in the back of the manual where the information is located for hp/lvl are. -Just to verify what she qualifies for this 'level up'.

    Classes stop getting hit points after 9th and 10th level (depending on your class) so all you will get are Constitution bonuses.

    Little nitpick here:

    It NOT the constitution bonus you receive after 9th/10th level.

    The hitpoints characters receive after 9th or 10th level respectively are fixed, IIRC warriors gain 3, rogues and clerics 2 and wizards 1 hit point per additional level afterwards.

    (multiclass chars need to divide those by number of classes)

    Not only you don't roll for hitpoints after this level, you also *stop* to receive any bonus points for high constitution. The only game where you receive full const bonus after level 10 is Planescape, where the main char can reach some abhorrently obscene hitpoint numbers.. ;)
