[IMG] If i have a 10 level fighter, dual him to mage make him 10 level mage (20 level hero) will he have the same HP as level 10 mage dualed to fighter at level 10 with 10 level of mage (again 20 level hero but his mage 10 levels first).Heard somewhere that there is still hit dice for level 10+(9+ for warriors)
Asking because my party is in 2-nd chapter and low on levels

IIRC it should work out the same. Since the characters get 1HD per level.
So a level 10 Fighter should have 100hp maximum (no constitution bonus), and if dualled to a mage who became level 10 (40hp) the character will have 140hp.
The opposite is true, 10 level mage = 40hp, dualled to fighter who becomes 10th level (100hp) again equals 140hp.
I cannot remember of the top of my head if constitution bonuses affect a mage as they do a fighter. I mean 18 Con gives +4 to hps for a fighter, does a mage also get +4 or do they get +2 as in 2nd Ed rules?

Gone is the term THAC0, now its "attack bonus". I used to have a grandmaster of a katana, but with 3rd ed rules its just no longer available. :nolike:
