    I'd hate eternal life. I want to know what's on the other side. Well, 100 years from now that is :)

    Lich, that would be sweet. Have some drawbacks though. What use is eternal life if you cant enjoy it? Power is all good and well but what will you use it for? You have no needs so it would be a bit useless.

    I think of it this way ...

    Eternal life is a given. I'll be immortal either in the Court of the King, or in the Vault of the Dead.

    Liches seem to have more power than an etherial saint. However the delights I'll find on the good side of immortality far outshadow the dry existance of an underworld terror.

    :holy: The odd thing is ... I actually believe this! (not about liches, about the other sort of immorality) Nothing in any game I've read comes close to describe the privilige of been sold-out to holiness. There are tons of creatures who sell their souls to darkness and gain great power (liches, vampires, etc, etc). Where are the good who give thier souls to their diety and reap greater rewards???

    Of course! But when you're a few hundred years old, walking in public (not counting RPG events) might be difficult. And I've heard chicks don't like men with too little flesh on their bones. If anyone would tell you bad jokes, it would be easy to give them the look of death though. *insert several other bad undead puns here*

    [​IMG] Upside: You would get to see humanity finally reach space and beyond. (I.e. go further than little trips to Earth's backyard.)

    Downside: You would get to see humanity make the same mistakes, over and over again. (One time they would most likely prove fatal for the whole race.)

    Head....I dont see your reasioning. I agreed to be a lich.

    Tal does have a point. Human kind has a bad habit of repeating things again and again with the same reslutes.
