Little Aerie (Romance)

Discussion in 'BG2: Shadows of Amn (Classic)' started by TriLleX The Slayer, Mar 1, 2002.

  1. I have just started a game where i wanted to have a romance with the little elf Aeria. I made the mistake of taking Jaheria with me and make a couple'o'quests and Jaheria talked to me. How can i end this romance (by not cheating, sk and other stuff i mean).

    Easy!

At one point (in one dialog) Jaheira and Aerie will fight over your affection and the one who will choose the potential lover will be: *you*.

Don't worry about those few Jaheira quests, they appear no matter you're romancing her or not. Just take Aerie in your party as soon as possible!

A side note: Jaheira romance should stop the very moment you kick her out of the party, but there is a bug about that and since you performed some quests I don't advise you to do so.

    Don't use SK.
And don't mess that particular variable.

    I'm serious.

    Sir Lalron,
I can only support Extremists point of view: It is risky to manipulate the romance and game variables using SK - there is a relatively high risk to mess up your game that way.
SK has to be handled with care! If your romance is messy I'd rather suggest to reload instead of manipulating a savegame.
