Looking for a particular mod...

    [​IMG] I am looking for a mod, I forget the name, that allows you to add any properties to any item. For example, it enabled you to add an AC bonus to an Arrow, or make a bag of holding with the Mighty property.
    I have searched everywhere I can think of to no avail.

    Hopefully SOMEONE knows what mod I am talking about..

    Mostly all the stuff having to do with making mods is listed in Toolset & Related. I only have two or three hacks that could be used for the regular game too listed in Editors, Hacks etc.
