One word: awesome. The speed and the jumping ability to just plain avoid the random stuff on the road and in the wilderness. Hell, the first time I jumped as a werewolf I wondered if that was what Icarian Flight looked like. And then so long as you're careful about where you transform, you can conduct business as usual during the day. (For human food back on Vvardenfell and in Mournhold, I would suggest taking out guards because they respawn after a time.)

I even had a blast just plain running and jumping from Caldera (where I ate Aeta Wave-Breaker >_> ) up to Gnisis in only four hours, and then just plain explored the countryside at will without having to worry about pesky kagouti, slaughtering Ashlanders as they ran away from me. The feeling of absolute freedom ... 'twas quite near a realization of my dreams in virtual form.

Little bit of a hassle putting stuff back on in the morning, as well as keeping an eye on the sun to find someplace secluded to transform, but well worth it for that experience.

I had fun with my Dark Elf warewolf. He killed so many ashlanders it wasn't funny. I did have some trouble with one or two guards that saw me transform once, but loaded the save, changed and killed them. Revenge!

Felinoid, have you tried becomeing a vampire warewolf? I'm sure it's possable if you get the timeing right

Timing isn't necessary. When you're not transformed as a werewolf, you don't have disease resistance (I've already contracted Ataxia once from some plague bear/wolf), so you can contract vampirism normally. However, as a whole I think it would be detrimental. At night, you'll be a werewolf as normal, with a maybe on keeping your vampiric bonuses, and during the day you'll be getting your ass burned by the sun.
