I just read that average man needs to consume about 1 gal water per day... Now thats funny!
How could it be possible? Would this man had time to other things between water his gulping series?

[IMG] Beer consists about 95% of water...where is the problem :D

Seriously 1 gallon a day is a bit high for living not in a desert but food also contains water that you can add and for me it is normal to drink 2 - 3 liters of water during an avg. office day.

I actually wasnt correct in my 1st post.
Not consume water (which could be including friuts, food etc) BUT DRINK a gallon, which would be pure water only.
I think thats twice as much as i do. I drink about 2 liters, half a gallon, and peple look to me with amazement. Whole gallon... That would be a challenge...

The recommendation here in the US is 6-8 glasses, which is half a gallon.

On a day when I had to work outside tho, I managed a gallon and a half. It's not difficult for me to drink a gallon in a day, since I usually drink from 32 oz cups.
