    They rode all day until they could no longer see, then made camp on the edge of Lurkwood. After an uneventful night, Garacaius, Milla and Mistle rose early to make breakfast. They were attacked by a Spider Eater which stung Garacaius before they could down it. He went into a deep coma and they had to tie him on his horse to reach Segga's.
    Iztar went hysterical when she saw what had happened to Garacaius and insisted on joining them as they went through the portal to Phlan. Mistle borrowed a chardalyn for her first trip, which was a thrilling experience for her.
    Arriving in Phlan they wasted no time and went to see Bishop Stimpur at the Temple of Tyr. For 240 gp he cured Garacaius of the paralysing effects of the Spider eater venom, for 150gp he confirmed that Mistle and Milla had contracted Lycanthropy but Hayden was 'clean'. For 720gp he was able to cure both the victims. Seriously depleted of funds they went to Kardovarian's and sold Ragusa the mummy's golden breastplate.
    Garacaius identified 'Jack's' ring as Feather Fall (which explained why he fearlessly ran along spars and swung from ropes), the battleaxe as +1 and the helmet as '-1 CHA but immune from crits'.
