    [​IMG] I have never noticed it before, but there is a "Member of the Moment" section in the Directory. The current MotM appears to be somebody called Paddy.

    What is this? Is it new, or have I just managed to miss it all this time?

    I couldn't find anything about it on the FAQ.

    It's been there since the directory was added. It changes every so often. Afaik it's just random.

    I would like to see it brought up a bit more clearly, as it is just a random-funny and a chance to know that there IS someone called "Paddy." :D

    News-crier could have some changing texts to help this; news, member of the month, member of the moment, IotW, etc.

    Perhaps I didn't explain it clearly:

    That is how it looks at the moment. Add a simple script to fade-out the text and replace it with a new one every 5 seconds or so, looping.

    Where " -> " is fade-out.

    Why on earth would I put pointless random member information there? It's totally useless in the Directory as it is.

    And morons and idiots get their fair share of shame in the threads already, there's no need to set up a pillory.
