[IMG] Have you seen it? What did you think of it?

Personally, I think it was better than #1. I certainly laughed more. The dog was cool. The locker scenes were hillarious. All hail J!

I heard that it was bad, but hopefully I'm gonna see it soon and prove that black is back!

    *ahem*

    Oh yeah!
heard on the radio the countdown for the hot30 it said at No. 3: Will Smith Black suits comin', No. 2: Gareth Gates, White suits coming.

oops, only brits will get this probably, sorry.

Anyway I heard that the woman MIB (can't remember her name) gets killed in it, is that true?

I saw it and liked it. Not quite as much as the original, but I think that's because I already knew what a lot of the humor would be. *shrug* It's inevitable in a sequel. But I still plan on getting the video when it comes out, too.

As or the lady, no she doesn't get killed, but she's not in the movie. Any more than that and it'd be a spoiler.

I'm glad you liked it Tal.

I didn't really like it all that much. There were a couple of funny scenes, but I think because I live in the States, a lot of the humor is "old" to me.

[IMG] I really did not enjoy this movie.

The first one was hilarious and original, and in my opinion, this one was just the opposite.

MIIB is the type of movie where the commercial is all you need to see. I swear, if I ever hear the song "Who let the dogs out" again, I will go postal (no pun intended). Johnny Knoxville and Lara Flynn Boyle brought some life to the this dismal movie, but it wasn't enough to save it. Tommy Lee Jones looked like a mummy, and during the flashback of thirty years before he still looked like a goddamn mummy. Will Smith tried to entertain us with his usual flagrant antics, but it wasn't enough to keep me from not caring. The one funny part of the movie (I won't spoil it, hint: Does that come standard?) was ruined by the 237 commercials I saw.

Oh, and one more thing: IT WAS EIGHTY MINUTES LONG

Hehe, well I suppose you get what you can expect... I thought the first movie was stupid, albeit funny in places, and I was convinced this second one would be even more stupid and less funny. At least I was wrong about the funny part, if nothing else... :shake:

I reckon MIIB is pretty funny...the dog is rather interesting...but it's a little bit too short.

    The movie was hilarious! :D

I don't think it was anywhere near as good as the first one. There were funny parts which were ruined by a completly stupid everything else

So, now the question I've been wondering. Would it be worthwhile for me to go pay $20 to see this in a theater, or should I just wait until I can watch it on HBO?

But the bit where the dog sings in the car is fantastic!!! Well worth $20 (how much!?).

Johnny KNoxville is pretty bad in it, Lara Flyn Boyle is good :) Better than the original, but I thought the original sucked.

[IMG] $20? I think LOTR was about the only movie I'd pay that much to see. I saw MiB II for about $3 here... At least some things are cheaper here. :heh:

I can't wait to see MIIB. I just need to find the time to go the cinema.

Nod your head, black suits coming. Nod your head, pug-dog coming.

[IMG] Rastor, where do you live that it costs you twenty frickin' dollars to see MIIB? I live in NYC (probably the most expensive city in the US) and it costs me $10 to see a movie, a price seen as unbelievable to everyone I've spoken to before.

$20?! For tha, wait until it comes to HBO. But then, I'd never pay that much to go see a movie... okay, LOTR would be the only one.
And $3? Where do you live, Tal? :D

Slovenia... It was the cheaper rate since it was during the day, but still, even normally it would only be $3.87, converted. I actually told a lie before, it only cost me $2.58... Beat that! :D

This might be a bit off topic, but since Taluntain presented a challenge I can't resist to accept it. There was a movie theater in Holland at which you could see a movie for about $2.50. However they only had those low entry prices at old years evening.
