    Agreed, amusement parks just don't seem all that 'safe' anymore. And to think this creature we call Michael Jackson used to be a decent person. Doesn't change the fact though that I still like some of his earlier music.

    It's such a shame what fame and fortune can do to some people. But then again, maybe it would have all happened one way or another even had he not become famous, it probably would have just gone almost unnoticed for much longer.

    I think it's important to remember that he hasn't been convicted yet.

    The media got really stuck into him a few years ago when it came out that he was sharing a bed with a child. Everyone started referring to him as a sicko. Now, I've shared a bed with plenty of people, some much younger, some much older, without anything funky happening. I don't see cause for alarm here. So the guy enjoys the company of children... I see that as a happy thing. As long as there is no abuse, of course.

    It's my understanding that, after the whole "scandal" that happened last time, Michael keeps an adult witness with him when playing with children so that allegations like this cannot be levelled at him again. Maybe that action will pay off for him.

    I'm not saying he's not guilty; he may be a total sicko. But until a conviction is made, we are all obliged to give him the benefit of the doubt and treat him as innocent. Children aren't the innocent things they're made out to be, either. Especially with devious parents driving them. It would be easy enough to fabricate a story of abuse and cash in on the media publicity.

    I agree with Judas here... after all, people can draw all sorts of conclusions from the most inncuous facts, and someone like Jackson is an ideal target for the worst kind of publicity and allegiations.

    Of course, it just might be that he is a total sicko.

    But I must say :D tot he topic... you should be a joutnalist.
