    I don't remember any specific place. It's 'random treasure' scroll i.e. you might find it at the corpse of an enemy... perhaps in Underdark...

    There is a halfling who sells stuff in the Bridge District, behind the old Temple of Helm. I think I got the scroll from him. You can only find him there at certain times, IIRC.

    EDIT: Couldn't you buy the scroll in Trademeet as well?

    Have you checked the woman who sells scrolls in the back of Ribald's shop? I remember she had a decent selection of spells.
