It's called Dungeon-Be-Gone. Google it, don't have the link right now.

Alternatively, you can spice up the first dungeon so it is no longer boring or dull. Try Improved Ilych fight from Tactics for example. It is really fun but hard-core. So try the easier, Slightly Improved Ilych mod instead. ;)

Here's an alternative that's slightly more complicated, but doesn't require downloading a mod.

Create a single-player saved game just after finishing the dungeon, then copy that save folder to your MPSAVE folder. (Or, alternately, start a new multiplayer game and make a multiplayer save just after finishing the dungeon.)

You might want to drop all of CHARNAME's items on the ground to keep them before you save. Or, give your items to Jaheira/Minsc/Yoshimo for safekeeping.

Whenever you want to start a new game, start a new multiplayer session, load up that saved multiplayer game right after Irenicus' dungeon and delete the old CHARNAME, then add in your new CHARNAME, load up the multiplayer game, then either play through in multiplayer or make a new saved game and transfer that new save to your single-player SAVE folder and use that new save for single-player games.

It sounds a lot more complicated than it is. It's actually quite easy. I usually use a save game that starts at Gaelan Bayle's house just after his first annoying dialogue/speech. If you want to be a nitpicker, CHARNAME should have ~160-165K XP single-classed coming out of the dungeon.
