Mods and Multiplayer

    I'm looking at setting up a multiplayer game on my home network, but I've got a few questions/concerns.

    First of all, do mods work in multiplayer? (I would assume they would need to be installed on both computers)

    Second, what happens if they're only installed on one? In other words do I need to uninstall everything on mine before hooking up to the multiplayer session?

    They need to be installed on both computers, AND IN THE SAME ORDER. Ideally, you copy your override and dialog.tlk from one to another just to make sure. If the installations aren't exactly the same, things tend to go wrong in very weird ways.

    Yes, you'll have to remove all of the mods that you have installed, or do what the others suggested.
