I know the Monk is immune to the haste SPELL, but what happens if you put the boots of speed on him? Will he be hasted?

First off, the Monk doesn't need the boots of speed, he's fast enough already(you can obviously figure this out by reading the character discription).

Second, the boots of speed don't increase your actual number of attacks, but they do give the appearance of doing that.

I remeber that you can't equip Boots of Speed to a monk after you gain the no haste/slow ability.

To answer your question: No, a monk will not be hasted.

Lord Sarevok: A hasted person will run faster than a monk. So a monk is not as fast as I would him to be.

    Xyphys:

...unless you have ShadowKeeper or a similar savegame editor. You can change a character's base speed (but don't pu it too high oryou'll never be able to keep track of what he/she is doing.)
