    is there any way to get your character to equip it? i know you can do it with gatekeeper, but is there any other way?

    Unless you've found out a way to turn Xan into your character, I doubt that information is of any use :p

    Anyway, there is no way. The blade is meant only for Xan, and if anyone else has it, they're dirty, rotten cheaters. And you can quote me on that ;)

    LOL, i have to say tho, before i even played BG1 or 2, my character in D&D is a elven invoker named Xan...who also had a moonblade. Im tring to recreate him in BG and i heard the balde was tied to scripts, so i was asking if anyone kew how to modify them so i could use it, i really want to avoid using Gatekeeper.
