More hostiles incoming... (Kivan)

    With some talk around this and other boards about NPC's turning hostile, here is my one.

    I picked up Kivan early on, and ran with him all through the Nashkell mines, and the bandit maps and camp, and halfway through Cloakwood. Here I reform my party leaving him out of the mix.

    Kivan immediately turned hostile and attacks the party. My rep was below average (deliberately, it was 8 at the time). I cannot think of any reason for that except that he may be set up to fight people who have a 'dis;liked' or lower rep (8 or less).
