Ok, I've got to be on ALFA at 1900 GMT. Now on SP it says I'm on GMT -1, but somewhere else it says I'm at GMT +1. I need a rather quickish answer to this, as I may only have twenty minutes. Thanks in advance.

My understanding is that you need to be there at 20.00pm your time, since you're GTM+1. England is +1, so i suppose scotland is too, since north-south doesnt matter.
It gets me often confused as well ;)

Oh, you might try imagining a globe and sun traveling from the east. It's an hour earlier more to the west, since the sun'l go down later there. The more west the more time++. Up to 24 of course ;)

Edit: Okay, i checked BTA's link and now i'm confused as well. My comp clock is said to be GTM+1, but when i check +1 time at the page below, it's an hour earlier.

Currently, we're on British Summer Time, which is GMT +1. But often people confuse BST for GMT, so in theory, you're meant to meet at 8, but you might want to have a look at 7 to see.
