    nalia has been captured by that guy who wants to marry her and i have been told to talk to some one in the docks district but i dont know where he is ne1 know?

    I think that your journal entry on that quest has the guys name and where you are to look for him, but I can't remember for sure

    he should be at the bottom of the Dock's Map, rirght at the foot of the steps. i dont recall his name, but i do remember it started with the letter "B". but as Anra mentioned, check your journal.
