    I went to nalia father funeral..where that jerk sir something. I can't remember his name. Anyway he takes her away. So how do i get her back..i was told to find Berg at the docks but where is he. i already went into this guy house and found his journal

    You need both the Journal you have allready have and some info of an drunken sailor with stand before the inn in the docks. Then you must speak with roenals boss in the "dont know the english word" district of the higher folks where you can buy the magic liense
