    According to the Epic Level Handbook, he's actually Wiz 24/ Archmage 3. Plus he has Chosen of Mystra abilities. He is Lawful Neutral.

    Did you want all of his stats and such, or are you just after the basics?

    More info:

    He has Arcane Reach, which means his touch spells have a range of 30 feet. He has Mastered the Elements, meaning he can cast any spell with an elemental type as any other elemental type. He has Mastered Counterspelling, meaning any spell he counters is reflected upon the original caster. He detects magic in a line of sight. He can use Silver Fire from the FRCS.
