".NET" Development

    [​IMG] Okay, this is a question for the IT literate crowd out there.

    I have a client that is looking to do some major network changes. They are wondering how the development of ".net" infrastructure will impact them, especially in terms of changes with object polling and recycling.

    Question #2 .... they have database servers around the world (Mid-West, East Coast, UK & Pac RIM) and need to replicate database information between them on an up to the second basis. Without throwing huge bandwidth at the issue (which is way expensive) how can this be solved? Fiber line over IP SAN solutions are normally limted to 680 miles (or such)...so how can I do it?

    FYI ....this isn't what I do for a living. I sell transport, and other IP services, but this would be a huge value-add for a large customer and would help me close the business.
