    Is the epic BAB progression a bug, or intended?

    I dont have MOTB but this is happening to me after a complete delete and reinstall of NWN2 with 1.10 patch.

    I create a fighter and when I start game I lost all the feats I chose.Happened with 3 attempts so far.
    This issue belongs in the general forums for the 1.10 patch issues.

    I know this is going to seem a silly question with an obvious answer, but I see this IIRC reference all the time and I've yet to figure it out.

    I think this thread needs to stick to first impressions. If you want to discuss specific things, you should create new threads.

    Please remember to mark your topics as containing spoilers if they do.

    1.10 a lot laggier than 1.06 why?
    rename the Neverwinter Nights 2 folder in your My Documents directory and see if that makes a difference.

    Interesting, especially since I've been saying almost exactly that about 7-12 for quite a while now. More on topic, I don't think that any of the changes made in MotB are 4th edition related, especially since 4th ed rules aren't even final yet. The epic AB thing is just a balance change, and unlike some other balance changes it seems to make sense IMO.

    1.10 Patch has been released
    For the camera turning speed, try adjusting the "Scroll Camera Speed With Mouse" slider on the Strategy Mode tab.

    Also, remember, if you are having any issues, rename your Neverwinter Nights folder in the My Documents directory before reporting issues here. This will solve most problems (but it will revert some of your options and remove your haks/overrides as well).

    Just a little hint to people...

    Before reporting your issue, try renaming the Neverwinter Nights folder in your My Documents directory. The game will create a new folder and will give you generic settings - settings more in line with the new options.

    This may help in many cases.

    I think before complaining about something, people should play the game first. Find out how it works and then voice your opinion from an informed position rather than conjecture.

    If you really want to analyze this and have a conversation, you should play a melee class and a wizard to compare. Other than that, this just seems like the bash topic of the day.

    I've just installed Mask of the betrayer and i can no longer start NWN2, if i pick load game it crash during loading, if i start new campaign, it crash right away, i patched the old game a few days ago so it is recent patched.

    When i try use the mask of the betrayer updater it say patch i download aint working, so it abort the upgrade.

    it took a darn hour to patch the entire game last week, I rather not do it all over again. :mad:
    When you attempt to play the game, do you see an image of a CD near your mouse pointer?

    If the game crashes after seeing the little spinning CD ROM by your mouse pointer, then your problem is more than likely SecuRom.

    If that's the case, check the SecuRom website and I believe they have some troubleshooting tools there.

    If it's not the case, let me know.

    Battles so far have been easy, though I think JE Sawyer said that battles start out as rather mellow in the first areas.
    Yep, the first area is pretty easy overall. You should see a relatively fast difficulty ramp after that module.

    Stealth animations were supposed to be in MOTB.Why was it excluded??
    It's actually a very large set of movement and idle animations.

    Can I install MOTB bought in Germany over a UK NWN2?

    Yes but all your characters must be named after members of the House of Windsor.
