    Area Testing in new Toolset?

    Not to trivilize it? Trivializing it precicely what you've done. Trying to boil a project the size and scope of NWN2 down to "area.load(), engine.run(), window.show()" is, not to sound like a jerk, pretty naive. Of those 20 years of experience, how many cutting edge, "A-list" videogames have you programmed and shipped? I assure you, you do not want to get into a resume contest with the programmers on NWN2. If we say something is not feasable, you should believe it.Sorry if I sound a little cranky about this, but if you do a search on my prior posts you'll find that being told by the peanut gallery what should be "easy" is (and I think I speak for most of the team here) our #1 peeve.

    More: I replied to someone who claimed that his "20 years of experience" gave him license to declare what should be considered feasable on a project that he has no detailed knowledge of and is contrary to what the actual development team has said. I'm not even going to touch the rest of your post...
