    Improved Knockdown and Half-orc?
Half Orcs are nowhere near the largest size category possible; in fact, they're still in the medium class.

    More:
Interesting to know a half-orc and a dwarf are both the same as far as size checks go.
Half Orcs may be tall, but you'd be hard pressed to find somebody wider than a dwarf.

How do I build characters above level 1?

So I'm interested in doing multiplayer modules with my friends but we're all noobs and we dont know how to build characters above level 1, or how to equip them appropriately for their level. Any tools or advice on how to do this quickly and easily?
There are a number of modules at Neverwinter Vault designed to level / outfit characters of various levels.

    Number of attacks.

What is the maximum amount of attacks you can get? (Example: 54/51/47/44/41) I've also heard that only some classes allow you to get more than 3 attacks per round. Fact or fiction?
The maximum number of attacks differs between classes (and even moreso when multi-classing) based on your Base Attack Bonus. Every 6 points of BAB is worth another attack. ie. a BAB of 11 would net you attacks at +11/+6/+1. Keep in mind that BAB does not take into account strength or dexterity bonuses for determining your number of attacks. Additionally, monks are capable of making more attacks than most classes when unarmed...but I can't remember how many off the top of my head.

    What is the coolest class?
I'm a big fan of straight-up Sorcerors, personally...but that's a carry-over from the days when I played PvP and annihilated whole teams at once as one. I'm partial to Clerics as well, and monks are always a lot of fun. Barbarian/Fighter multiclasses were something I used frequently too.

Stop conversation options from appearing once item is acquired?
When the PC acquires the item, you can set a variable to indicate that it has been acquired. Have this variable be used in the conditional check for those dialogue nodes that you no longer want to display.

    kobold statistics
Let's see what I can recall off the top of my tired head...

How tall is the average kobold?>
Something like 3 1/2 feet, or thereabouts. They aren't very tall, and fall shy of the classification of a "medium" sized creature.

Are they as tall as halfings? gnomes? elves?
    Thereabouts. Thereabouts. Nooooo way.

And how long do they live? (as long as they are not eaten by a dragon)
Until they talk smack to the drunk barbarian. In all seriousness though, I don't recall.
