    The site seems to be down, or at least I can't get to it anymore. It was working yesterday morning, but nothing comes up (blank screen) for the last 24 hours or so.
    Hmm, I have not problems accessing it, but depending on where you are, it might be not very fast (the server is located in Germany).

    More: The whole thing has been forwarded to people dealing with such issues and they are looking into this. Please stay civil and leave the lynching to the professionals, like lawyers.

    I think there would be a much tougher battle in the case of voluntary donations, especially with bioware turning a blind eye to so many servers doing this.

    We and our publisher have acted every time we were made aware of this kind of action and we will continue to do so if necessary.

    Do a quick search on these boards and you will fine a number of cases where exactly this discussion has come up in regards to a server and you will get the picture on how these issues were resolved.

    It seems like this kind of thing is bound to rear it's ugly head once or twice per year when people forget about what happened the last time around.

    Returning User - Camera Hack?
    Hi, I don't think you need the camera hack anymore, we made changes to the game's default camera that made it mostly obsolete. Check the in game options menu for camera settings.

    NWN Diamond version is broken?
    The symptoms you are describing sound a lot like a compatibility issue between the copy protection scheme being used (which wasn't supposed to be installed on the Diamond edition, but unfortunately was added to the Diamond edition after we made the installer) and your hardware.

    Typically this issue has always been resolved by running the NWNEnglish1.66HotUUpdate.exe off the DVD, which removes the required CD-check. It appears that you already have done this, but I would try it again just to be safe. If that doesn't work unfortunately I'm at a loss as to what else could be causing the issue for you.

    Bow Graphic Glitch
    There was a problem with some of the bow models in the 1.66 update that will cause this issue.

    The upcoming 1.67 update replaces the broken models with some new ones that should fix the issue when the final 1.67 update is released (no ETA on when that will be at the moment, other than we are hoping to have a 1.67 beta patch available some time in January).

    Money For XP Legal?
    I never ask for a donation for running my server as I do it for my enjoyment as much as for my players. If someone asks me how they can donate to help keep the server running, I always tell them to just pick a good charity and donate to that charity. If you have to ask people to donate money to keep a server up and running, then you have no business running a server.
    I like the way you (and others) think, LordAshton, and applaud your support of charity organizations.

    NWN vs D&D 3.X Edition
    Please keep in mind that the development of NWN was concurrent to the development and finalizing of the original D&D Third Edition rules, so deviations while both projects were in their final stages were pretty much a given. ;)

    Identifing items
    It was stupid question, thx anyway. I found out where merchants are long time ago, but forgot. Btw, very good game. :p

    Identifing items
    If your Lore skill is high enough, you'll be able to automatically identify magical items when you examine them. Otherwise, you can pay a merchant to identify it for you.
