Rob Bartel, Senior Designer Live Team

    PoTSC level question
Good to hear! I gave Keith some grief when he was developing that system, as I had my doubts about how well he could get it to work. :shake: Glad he proved me wrong

    PotSC-Casting Spells in Conversation***Spoilers
I'm glad to hear that people are enjoying this conversation system. It's an extension of the one I developed for Witch's Wake, which I completely gutted and rebuilt from the ground up for Pirates. You can expect it to make an appearance in future premium modules as well.

More: We've talked about releasing some of these systems in the future. Right now, however, our priority is getting all of PotSC's wonderful art content into the upcoming 1.67 patch.

Whats next for DD?....hopefully not another 6 month wait.
We started ramping up the design component of the Live Team after Jade Empire was released and are continuing to expand it with new hires and internal allocations in the near future (we're currently double the size we were during Pirates development and working on double the projects :D ).We're also quite happy to be working with a number of external developers on different projects. I won't tell you who and how many for fear of jinxing any of them, but we're continuing to expand there as well. With all of the writing, scripting, art & audio creation, testing, fixing, approving, and marketing, each premium module seems to take about 6 months to develop, more or less. Some of the external teams will take a bit longer as they have those pesky things called 'day jobs' to attend to. So yes, it may be another 6 months before we're finally firing on all cylinders but once we are, look out - there'll be all manner of premium module goodness to look forward to. We also have a few other tricks and announcements up our sleeves to help you pass the time but, again, my lips are sealed for fear of jinxing some of the really cool ideas that have yet to be finalized. So hold on tight - this methane-powered beanie-spinning unicycle of joy is just beginning to pick up speed.
