Level 20 Cap: Huascar is wise. NWN is based on 3rd Ed rules and during development level 20 was the all the rules allowed for. Wizards has released the Epic Level Handbook which removes the level cap for the pen and paper folks for now. Will you see the Epic level rules in any possible NWN expansions? No idea right now. The speed at which people move up levels is really up to the creator of the module as you can adjust what sort of experience is given out. You can even give out no experience for killing monsters and just dole out XP for completed quests or some such.

Scripting: This is not a bug. Functions like GetEnteringObject and GetExitingObject are only meant to be called from OnEnter and OnExit scripts. To call them anywhere else may lead to unpredictable results, as some have discovered. Though the function comments probably should have made that clearer.

Merchant Bug: I have verified this, and it will definitely go onto the list of things to fix. It looks like the game is treating the markup value as a BYTE, so it wraps at 255. [edit] You know, I could have sworn this used to work properly. Ah well...

Custom Music: The plan is to change things in the next patch so .bmu's can be inserted directly into a hak pak and will be selectable in your module without editing the ambientmusic.2da ...at which point we will be able to pretty definitively show you how to import custom music for real.
