    [​IMG] As I said, I'm a new player. I have had a total of about 2 hrs. of game time with the group I'm with. Is there anything specific that I should read or do before going too far into the game to get the hang of basic rules so I don't look like the blundering fool I really am? This is all preferably online and without spending money... because I have none....

    (ugh... I need a job.)

    That's basically one big reference document. Of course, reading the Player's Handbook is a much better choice, but the SRD just shows you the basic stuff so you won't have to memorize it or anything.

    Yeah, that thing C'Jacob posted may be some use. Try looking up in any search engine 'D&D netbooks' for some relevent or irrelevent information
