    I just bought this game a few days ago. Its quite tricky and slow. Its almost completely different from Baldur's Gate and I am not sure if I like it yet. Will this turn out to be a rewarding game or should I stick to Throne of Baal?

    I would advise getting the patches, available on this site, as well as the Circle of Eight patch. Both will make the game more playable, more of what was originally planned. This game is no BG or IWD but is very rewarding, playable, and enjoyable. After the patches, I was rarely frustrated. The combat takes some getting use to, there are great strategy guides on this site as well. Copy them and try some of their tips. Some don't make sense early, but go back and read them again after some game play, 5ft step, reach weapons, ready vs., all come in handy.
    Read back through some of these posts for other good ideas.

    I bought the game for $10 in the bargin bin, best buy I ever got for the money!!
