Newbie question

    I just bought the game today. I know I'm a little behind, I beat BG2 before I even bought Icewind Dale. But I went to play It and I am confused. I made one char and am playing through it. I made it pretty far, I'm in Shadow Vale with ONE char. I have yet to find ANY NPC's. But I dont want to make a party of char that I made. Do I have a choice and am I missing the NPC's or do I have to make a party???? thanx

    [​IMG] Sorry dude, but tedious as it is, you gotta make your own party, there are no npcs in IWD or HoW. It's not so bad, but I miss character AI.

    Sorry mate at the start when you make your character ther are 6 slots and you have to make you party then and you dont pick up any characters along the way.

    Just create a few more characters at your load screen and use Dalekeeper to get them up to pace with your first character.
