Is there a guide or something where it states which npc's will start fighting and so on?

 

No - but you get at least one dialogue before they scrap - usually something along the lines of "Get rid of him or I kick his behind from here to Thay"

 

No, but from what I gather the following have conflicts with each other:

Viconia - Keldorn
Korgan - Aerie
Edwin - Minsc

The only ones I know that might fight if in party together long enough are Viconia and Keldorn, although this does not always occur - seems random. They have at least 2 nasty conversations before they come to blows if they do eventually come to blows. However if they do start fighting and you want to keep them both, just load back up from your last save and the chances are they won't fight. I am not sure exactly what, if anything triggers the fight or if it is just random.

I've had Minsc and Edwin together a long time too before and although they argue a lot in my game they never actually came to blows.

Also, if Anomen fails his test apparently he can go a bit loopy and fight various other party members at certain points in the game from Brynnlaw onwards, but I cannot personally confirm this.

 

Yeah, I can personally confirm that, in a saved game long ago, Anomen failed the order's test, and he didn't take it too well. Not too long after that, he started attacking aerie...

 

As I recall, Korgan gets into some pretty good arguments with Jahiera as well - kinda fun mudslinging stuff!
