Oblivion guild conflicts

    I was just wondering if any of the guilds conflict with each other or if your actions in one guild will cause missions from other guilds to be uncompleteable. I'm currently a champion in the fighters guild, have access to the arcane university (mages guild), joined the vampire hunting group and whatever group Jauffre is a part of. I was think that I'd like to give the thieves guild a shot (I have 60 second invisibility as birthsign ability and have recently acquired a pretty uber unbreakable lockpick of +40 security) but I wouldn't like to put my fighters and mage guild positions at risk.

    The guilds never fight each other, nore do they do anything that would indanger your positon in another guild.

    Thats cool - I heard that there are a few conflicts in Morowind and was a tad worried that it might be the same for the fourth installment of the series. This means I can play all the guild quests without having to start a new game (which I'm not intending to do)

    It's not necesary but I recommend that you do the thief's guild questline before the mage's guild. As said it's not necesary but it kinda makes a weird situation out of one of the thief's guild quest. On the other hand it makes the same quest very easy.
