Obsidian is looking for QA testers for Neverwinter Nights 2. As they specifically point out, it's a normal job and not a beta sign-up. The applicant must be willing to work on-site. Here's how they advertise the position:

Is working in the game industry your dream job? Are you ready to start at the ground floor of your future game design career? Obsidian Entertainment is looking for qualified game testers for full-time employment to help test Neverwinter Nights 2 at its offices in Santa Ana, California. Duties will include doing your best to break the game and toolset and writing up concise bug reports about how you did it. The ideal candidate has experience creating content using game editors, particularly the Neverwinter Nights Toolset, is a fan of role-playing games (specifically Dungeons & Dragons), and is able to work effectively in a team-based, somewhat professional environment.

Find out about the details at Obsidian.
