Odd little bug...

    I just got out of the underdark and all that.. and in my search for bodhi, I thought I'd ask the shadowmaster, and voila, he just asks me if I'm ready to board the ship, just like he did when you went away on that whole big quest. So I saved, and tried answering yes, and sure enough, I travel away, I get the chapter three story, and everything seems to start all over again. Has this happened to anyone else? Even Irenicus was still around in that cutscene, with imoen in that glass, but all the shadow thieves he killed were gone.

    yes I tried it once, and it is a bug. whatever you do, dont go there (or overwrite your savegame) because you wont be able to get back. Not by the ship that is, perhaps if you take the portal though. I would advise against it, load your savegame and play from there
