[IMG] Don't read if you haven't finished the game.......

I'm a Paladin. Here's two scenarios that I just played out. I went through Hell and did all the "lawful good" things, like not attacking the Genie or Dragon, sacrificing myself, etc. I then exported my character right before I put the last tear in the door and initiated the final battle. At that point, if I start a new game and import that character, he is still a Lawful Good Paladin in Irenicus' Dungeon in the beginning of the game. With me? One other time, I went through hell and did all of the lawful good things EXCEPT I killed the Dragon. I wanted the XP. The Dragon's tear was also worth 200,000 XP, and this leveled me up to level 21. I then also exported this same Paladin right before the last tear. If I then start a new game and import this same character, he is a NEUTRAL EVIL Paladin! His special abilites included Laroch's minor drain and Vampiric Touch! I'm now very curious to see if this evil Paladin could use Carsomyr?

Oooo anti-paladins! Hope they make it into the expansion. Always wanted to play the paladin class with a touch of intelligence.

Uuuh....I think Anti-paladins are really different from Paladins, just their names are slightly the same.

For instance as an Anti-paladin you must ALWAYS cause harm and suffering whenever you get the chance, and you must strive to do so even when opportunities are lacking.

You must be a sadist and even children are not spared. Heck, to be an anti-paladin they should make you kill your best party member just to prove your intent.

So if you like role-playing sadistic sexual torture scenes the Anti-Paladin is for you.

[IMG] Uhmmm, if you really want an Anti-Paladin, just get Shadowkeeper and mess around with it, changing your alignment and stuff like lay on hands into cause critical wounds. Carsomyr should work since it says it can only be used by the Paladin class, doesn't say anything about evil characters.
