    Odd

What is dear to a deer, when the crow goes "squak"
But this squak was like no other, it was like "coo"
And this deer is a boar
while the grass shall never been greener on the other side

This dog is not a God
A god would be more Odd
    God created the dog
And the dog is his shape
And this dog would Say "Woof"

    Time is Plentiful
    Yet a Rush is Imminent
And the Tortoise moves to slow

    A Fly may Fly
But a Duck does not Duck
    And a cow goes "Moo"
what if a duck DOES duck?
and if a fly has no wings, is it still a fly?
if a cow quacked, would it still be a cow?

    If the Earth is round
    Then why do mountains Exists
If the sun is so Huge
Then why can a penny block it out

Thanks to Falstaff for his guidance, very appreciated.

I'll waste a whole post just to state that this kind of creative effort is something we'd all be better off without.

I think you need to thank Winnie-the-Pooh as well as some of the lines were clearly inspired by his "Cottleston Pie" song.

    Of course there is:

    "Cottleston Cottleston Cottleston Pie,
A fly can't bird, but a bird can fly.
Ask me a riddle and I reply
    Cottleston Cottleston Cottleston Pie.

    Cottleston Cottleston Cottleston Pie,
Why does a chicken? I don't know why.
Ask me a riddle and I reply
    Cottleston Cottleston Cottleston Pie.

    Cottleston Cottleston Cottleston Pie,
A fish can't whistle and neither can I.
Ask me a riddle and I reply
    Cottleston Cottleston Cottleston Pie."

If you like nonsense poetry you should check out Spike Milligan...

    On the Ning Nang Nong

    On the Ning Nang Nong
    Where the Cows go Bong!
And the Monkeys all say Boo!
    Theres a Nang Nong Ning
    Where the trees go Ping!
And the tea pots Jibber Jabber Joo
    On the Nong Ning Nang
    All the Mice go Clang!
And you just cant catch em when they do!
    So its Ning Nang Nong!
    Cows go Bong!
    Nong Nang Ning!
    Trees go Ping!
    Nong Ning Nang!
    The mice go Clang!

What a noisy place to belong,Is the Ning Nang Ning Nang Nong!

Spike Milligan - from Silly Verse for Kids, 1968

And it is thanks to Lewis Carrol's nonsense poem in Through the Looking-Glass that Vorpal swords exist in D&D at all.

    JABBERWOCKY

`Twas brillig, and the slithy toves
Did gyre and gimble in the wabe:
    All mimsy were the borogoves,
    And the mome raths outgrabe.

    "Beware the Jabberwock, my son!
The jaws that bite, the claws that catch!
Beware the Jubjub bird, and shun
    The frumious Bandersnatch!"

He took his vorpal sword in hand:
Long time the manxome foe he sought --
So rested he by the Tumtum tree,
    And stood awhile in thought.

And, as in uffish thought he stood,
The Jabberwock, with eyes of flame,
Came whiffling through the tulgey wood,
    And burbled as it came!

One, two! One, two! And through and through
    The vorpal blade went snicker-snack!
He left it dead, and with its head
    He went galumphing back.

"And, has thou slain the Jabberwock?
Come to my arms, my beamish boy!
    O frabjous day! Callooh! Callay!'
    He chortled in his joy.

`Twas brillig, and the slithy toves
    Did gyre and gimble in the wabe;
    All mimsy were the borogoves,
    And the mome raths outgrabe.

Your poem has something more meaningful to offer the world than Mr. Carrol's Jabberwocky. I'll jabberwalk that all the way to the bank, where I can cash a check if the water's none too high. Keep up the innovative thought process.
