    True, but a lot of it occurs in the Grey Waste, for the simple reason that this plane is dead between Baator and the Abyss (well, there's also the fact it is the plane of ultimate evil)

    That kinda makes the Grey Wastes the Neutral Evil plane, huh ? Since it's between Lawful Evil and Chaotic Evil...

    Yes, the Gray Waste is the plane of Ultimate Evil, neither Lawful or Chaotic. I would also have thought that was where TNO ended after his final death.
