    well, wanted to see if anybody else thought it was cheating to snipe daystar while hidden, then just run out of the area, since that guardian is so slow to respond? You can do it right from the start of the game virtually.

    Heh. Walk in. Watch his shields go up. Walk back out. Wait for like 30 seconds or a minute real time and his protections drop. Then go in and pound. Though on occassion he does follow you through when you dodge spells like this. So he could come out into the inn after you. I think this is a step up on the AI from BG. the enemies would never more than mass at the door even if it didn't need a load screen.

    Hardly cheating. Just bad design from the authors. Just remember that the lich has other stuff too.
