    Oh, my dear god, I absolutely loved the paper dolls for male elves in BG. They so ruined them in BG2.

    Any thoughts?

    And yea, the BG2 paperdolls are godawful. There's a mod to make them like in BG1, however. Check the list on SP, it's listed near the top.

    Err they were different in BG1? This can be said for other paperdolls as well? Now I am really curious, never played BG so I can not know. Can someone confirm this and give a link to the tweak that allows BG paperdolls? But only if it will make a huge aesthetic difference for the better.

    One Pixel Productions restores a lot of the BG artwork (icons, paperdolls, etc.). And yeah, it really does look much better.

    I'm a heretic. I like the BG2 paper dolls better. But it could be just because I'm more used to them than those in BG.

    I like the cleric one in BG better than the 'let's make everyone look like a fighter' tunic in BG2. Other than that, I'm so-so about them.

    It not like any of them looked like Annah or that sorceress from Dark Alliance.

    One Pixel Productions: I downloaded it, but when it says,
    I re-run the file (mine is called 1pp-v2.exe) and it repeats. What's the problem?

    You are rerunning the archive executable rather than the installer itself. There will be a file (with the standard icon for 'DOS executable', so probably a black box with blue top bar) named setup-1pp.exe in your BG2 directory; it is that you want to run.

    Well can someone post a screenshot for the better papaerdolls? Are they really that good? Should I install it?

    And yeah, I hate the fact that BG2 makes everybody look like a fighter. Well a thief, cleric, fighter uses the exact same avatar when they are not unarmored and it sucks.

    Though I have avatar morphing script, and I CAN chnge my dual-classed characters to look like what I want. It just does not make sense that an old cleric who will spend rest of his adventuring career as a mage and will attain more levels, will still look like a cleric. Nalia uses mage avatar so I can too! Immy is another story, she still looks like a thief as she is always one in the heart, beloved mischevious and 'cute' little sister!

    OR why a MC cleric/mage should look like a cleric and fighter/mage should look like a fighter? Then why Aerie uses mage avatar? Oh she was also a most illegal elven C/M MC. Oh well...

    I didn't like the IWD or BG1 paper dolls. I like the BG2 ones. Maybe it's just because of the improved graphics, but the BG2 paper dolls look far more refined and polished, and more sleek, than their counterparts in earlier games.

    It's been a few years since those screenshots were made (and since I've played IWD last), but I remember that party being a great success. Conjurer made the most sense in IWD IIRC considering the relatively minor loss of opposing school spells.

    None of my BG1 screenshots survived (I don't remember if I even made any back then), but the BG2 screenshots at http://www.sorcerers.net/Games/BG2/Screenshots/index.php are all mine.
