Nevermind. I'm sick, mistook this one for the bg1 forum. Terribly sorry.

Being as evil as you are, my advice would be as follows...
Get Montaron to shaft Xsar as soon as possible (or as soon as you get tired of the necromancer's cries of "stop touching meeeeeeeeeeee!") and make him into a nasty Crossbowman/thief to replace Immy, who you should leave in a nasty place or use for basilisk bait (she makes a lovely statue). Murder wimpy Khalid while Jaheiras not looking and keep her as a a second healer-come-nosher or dump them both in favour of Viconia (Pelvedale). Get snotty Edwin (Naskel) after murdering Dynaheir (Gnoll stronghold) as hes the best wizard you can get. Get Kagain (Beregost) to beat Shar-Teel (Basilisk bit) into joining you, perhaps slipping her the girdle of gender-bending (or whatever its called) in an ironic twist of fate.
That should fit pretty nicely; two mages (you and Edwin) two clerics (you and Jaheira/Viconia) a thief (monty) and two dedicated fighters (Shar-Teel and Kagain). Now go out there and cause some mischief; you know you want to.
