[IMG] I just read through my PC Gamer for this month and I am *livid*. :flaming: Extended Play, Dan Morris' column about the modding community, is up to a hogging 7 pages!

Ever since Dan became the EIC, he's developing a severe case of megalomania. He crops his pictures to hide his hair loss and buffs out his precious column. I haven't seen a thing from Chuck Osborne's Killing Box for 3 months. The Wargamer, Mark Walker, has been MIA for just as long and Desslock is getting shafted, too. Andy Mahood's Sim column is usually there, which is surprising. :nolike:

My prayer goes out to the Magazine Gods: please put Gaz back as EIC!

I was wondering why there was so much of that in the last issue; I guess this explains it.

OTOH, the extended play stuff is about as interesting and informative as The Killing Box and Wargamer were....just, erm...not on the same subjects.

I dunno if I'll rant about megalomania, since I haven't paid any damn attention, but I suppose that's one explanation...

I don't have it just to read about Dan. I want to read about the rest of the staff. TBH, I don't read Extended Play because it talks about mods for games I can't stand and/or play. :grr:

Seems all that's left are the letters, the staff's playlist and D.J.'s release meter. Even the tech stuff by the Vede grabs my interest.

Sorry for the late bump, but joyous news for PC Gamer! Vederman will be the next EIC! Hurray!

Heh. Morris clearly got the boot; no warning, and nary a mention of his leaving the company.
